The Calcutta University ( Temporary Supersession ) Act, 1978State Act of West Bengal · Act 7 of 1978

(1) The Calcutta University Ordinance, 1978, is hereby repealed.

(2) Anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under this Act.
