The West Bengal Central Valuation Board Act, 1978State Act of West Bengal · Act 57 of 1978

(1) This Act may be called the West Bengal Central Valuation Board Act, 1978.

(2) It extends to the whole of West Bengal.

(3) It shall come into force in such area and on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
