Section 22

The West Bengal Central Valuation Board Act, 1978State Act of West Bengal · Act 57 of 1978

(1) The Board shall have power to incur expenditure for carrying out the purposes of this Act.

Fund of the Board.

Loan to the Board.

Expenditure and accounts.

(2) The Board shall keep accounts of all receipts and expenditure in such form as may be prescribed.
