The West Bengal Central Valuation Board Act, 1978State Act of West Bengal · Act 57 of 1978

(1) The State Government may, by notification, establish, for the purposes of this Act, a Board to be called the Central Valuation Board.

(2) The Board shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue or be sued in its Ben. Act. Ill of 1932.
