Section 16: after clause (xxxiv) of sub-section (1) of section 108, the following clauses shall be inserted, namely

(xxxive) the payment of contributions to the Commissioners of any neighbouring municipality for expenditure on sanitary purposes;

(f) The Chandernagore Municipal Act, 1955. 9 XVIII of 1955.]
