(1) For every school established or certified under section 7, the State Government shall appoint a Board of Visitors, constituted in such manner and consisting of such number of members as may be prescribed, to visit the school and to record their comments on any matter they may think fit for the consideration of the managers of the school, and for this purpose any member of the Board of Visitors shall have the right to visit the school at any time between the hours of sunrise and sunset.

(2) Copies of comments of the Board of Visitors referred to in sub-section (1) shall, as soon as may be after they are recorded, be forwarded by the managers of the school to the State Children's Board referred to in section 10.
