The West Bengal Civil Service ( Judicial ) And The West Bengal Higher Judicial Service ( Revision Of Pay And Allowance ) Act, 2003State Act of West Bengal · Act 4 of 2003

(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any Other law for the time being in force, the revised scale of pay of the members of the West Bengal Civil Service (Judicial) and the West Bengal HigherJudicial Service shall be as specified in Schedule

(2) The allowances and the manner of fixation of pay in the revised scale shall be such as may be prescribed.
