The West Bengal Clinical Establishments ( Registration And Regulation ) Act, 2010State Act of West Bengal · Act 26 of 2010

(1) Whoever carries on a clinical establishment without registration and license shall be liable to a penalty which may extend to fifty thousand rupees, alongwith a further penalty of five hundred rupees for each day of operation of the clinical establishment without license subject to maximum of two lakh rupees.

(2) Whoever knowingly serves in a clinical establishment which is not duly registered and licensed under this Act, shall be liable to a penalty which may extend to twenty five thousand rupees.
