The West Bengal Clinical Establishments ( Registration And Regulation ) Act, 2010State Act of West Bengal · Act 26 of 2010

(1) The State Government may constitute by notification for the purposes of this Act, a Tribunal for the State to be known as the West Bengal Clinical Establishment Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as the Tribunal).

(Chapter V. Adjudication and Tribunal.—Sections 36-38.)

(2) The Tribunal shall consist of not more than three Members, including the Chairperson.

(3) The Chairperson and members of the Tribunal shall be appointed by the State Government.
