Section 53

The West Bengal Clinical Establishments ( Registration, Regulation And Transparency ) Act, 2017State Act of West Bengal · Act 4 of 2017

(1) In the discharge of its functions, the Commission shall be guided by such directions in matters of policy involving public interest as the State Government may give to it in writing.

(2) If any question arises as to whether any such direction relates to a matter of policy involving public interest, the decision of the State Government thereon shall be final.

CHAPTER VI Miscellaneous Immunity.

Credit of fees and fines.

Power to give directions.

Employees of the authority, etc., to be public servants.

Power to remove difficulties.
