The West Bengal College Service Commission Act, 2012State Act of West Bengal · Act 29 of 2012

(1) The manner of selection of persons for appointment to the post of Nonteaching employees in various Government aided Colleges shall be such as may be provided by regulations.

(2) The conditions regarding eligibility for selection of persons to the post of Non-teaching employees in various Government aided Colleges shall be such as may be prescribed by rules.

(3) In selection of persons for appointment to the post of Non-teaching employees, the Commission shall take steps requisitioning names of eligible candidates from each and respective District Employment Exchange along with wide publication of advertisement in the newspapers having circulation throughout the State of West Bengal.
