(1) The West Bengal Colleges (Payment of Salaries) West Ben. Ord.

VIII of 1978.

Ordinance, 1978, is hereby repealed.

(2) Anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under this Act.
