(a)
(b) the Director-General may, by an order, specifying the reasons therein, on the basis of prayer of the d the date of renewal for a period of not exceeding 30 days in the interest of public service:

Provided that efore issue of the order of revocation of license, the concerned licensed agency shall be given an opportunity.of being eard by the Director-General with a notice of not less than fifteen days.
