Section 5: Non-eligiLlity for obtaining license

The West Bengal Fire Services ( Fire Prevention And Fire Safety) Rules, 2003State Rules of West Bengal · 1950

No person or association ofpersons shall be eligible to obtain a license if,

(a) in the cas of a person, he has been convicted of any offence or lunatic or an undischarged insolvent or whose license has been revoked bythe Directpr-General on an earlier occasion; and

(b) in the car of an association of persons, its license has been revoked by the Director-General in an earlier occasion.
