Section 33

The West Bengal Homeopathic System Of Medicine Act, 1963State Act of West Bengal · Act 33 of 1963

(1) If any person whose name has been removed from the Register under sub-section (2) of section 24 of sub-section (2) df section 25, fails, without sufficient' cause, forthwith to surrender his certificate of registration, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.

(2) Cognizance of an offence punishable under this section shall not be taken except upon complaint made by an order of the Council.
