The Infusions ( India ) Limited ( Acquisition Of Shares ) Act, 1985State Act of West Bengal · Act 22 of 1985

(1) The Infusions (India) Limited (Acquisition of Shares) Ordinance, 1985 is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under this Act.
