The Jadavpur University ( Temporary Supersession ) Act, 1980State Act of West Bengal · Act 5 of 1980

(1) The Jadavpur University Ordinance, 1979, is hereby repealed.

(2) Anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under this Act.
