The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board Act, 2014State Act of West Bengal · Act 14 of 2014

(1) The Board shall have a Controller of Examinations who shall be appointed by the State Government, by order.

(2) The Controller of Examinations shall be a whole-time officer of the Board and shall be paid out of the fund of the Board such salaries and allowances as may be determined by the State Government from time to time and shall possess such qualification and experience as may be notified by the State Government from time to time.

(3) The powers and functions of the Controller of Examinations shall be such as may be provided for by the regulations.
