(1) The University shall constitute for the benefit Pension of its officers (including the Vice-Chancellor), Teachers and and proviother employees, in such manner and subject to such condi- dent tions as may be prescribed, such pension, insurance or f'• provident funds as it may deem fit.
(2) Where a provident fund has been constituted by the University for the benefit of the officers, Teachers and other 19 of 1926. employees of the University, the provisions of the Provident Funds Act, 1925, shall apply to such fund as if the fund were a Government Provident Fund.
28. If any difficulty arises with respect to the establishment of the University or any subordinate authority of the University or to the transaction of any business of the University, the Vice-Chancellor may refer the same to the Chancellor who may thereupon issue such direction or cause such action to be taken as appears to him to be necessary or expedient for resolving the difficulty.
