The West Bengal Khadi And Village Industries Board Act, 1959State Act of West Bengal · Act 14 of 1959

(1) The accounts of the Board shall be maintained and an annual statement of accounts shall be prepared in such form and manner as may be prescribed.

(2) The accounts of the Board shall be audited annually by an auditor approved by the State Government.
