The West Bengal Khadi And Village Industries Board Act, 1959State Act of West Bengal · Act 14 of 1959

(1) As soon as may be, after the commencement of this Act, a Board, to be called the West Bengal Khadi and Village Industries Board, shall be established by the State Government for the purposes of this Act.

(2) The Board shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and may, by the said name, sue and be sued.
