The Krishna Silicate And Glass Works Limited ( Acquisition And Transfer Of Undertakings ) Act, 1986State Act of West Bengal · Act 31 of 1986

(1) The State Government may, by notification, direct that all or any of the powers exercisable by it under this Act, other than the power conferred by this section or section 32 or section 33, may also be exercised by such person or persons as may be specified in the notification.
