(1) The Board shall appoint such number of officers and other employees as may be necessary for carrying out its functions under this Act.
(2) The Board shall, with the approval of the State Government, make regulations regarding the method of recruitment, pay and allowances, and all other conditions of service of the members of its staff appointed under this section:
Provided that until regulations are so made, the conditions of service of such staff shall be governed by the rules made by the State Government in this behalf.
19. The State Government or any officer authorised by the State Government in this behalf may call for the records of the Board, inspect the same and supervise the working of the Board.
20. Any sum payable to the Board or into the fund under this Act shall, without prejudice to any other mode of recovery, be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue.
