Section 15

The West Bengal Land Holding Revenue Act, 1979State Act of West Bengal · Act 44 of 1979

(1) Any revenue or part thereof, or any penalty or part thereof, which is not duly paid in the prescribed manner shall be deemed to be in arrear.

(2) All arrears of revenue and penalty or part of revenue and penalty shall be deemed to be public demand payable to the Collector and shall, subject to such rules as may be made in this behalf, be recoverable under Ben. Act 111 the Bengal Public Demands Recovery Act, 1913.
