(1) The authorised officer may, if he has reason to believe that any Power to nr d fishing vessel is being, or has been, used in contravention of any of the search provisions of this Act or the rules or the orders made thereunder or any of fishing the conditions of the licence, enter and search such vessel and impound vessels.
