The West Bengal Maritime Board Act, 2000State Act of West Bengal · Act 30 of 2000

(1) The Board may undertake to carry out on behalf of any person any works or services or any class of works or services on such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the Board and the person concerned.

(2) The Board may, if it considers it necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, lend any of its vessels or appliances or the services of any of its employees to any person for such period, not exceeding six months, and on such terms and conditions, as may be agreed upon between the Board and the person as aforesaid.
