The West Bengal Maritime Board Act, 2000State Act of West Bengal · Act 30 of 2000

(1) The signature of the person authorised to sign Board securities on behalf of the Board may be printed, engraved, lithographed, or impressed thereon- by such other mechanical process as the Board may direct.

(2) A signature so printed, engraved, lithographed, or impressed on a Board security shall be as valid as if it had been inscribed under the handwriting of the person so authorised.
