(1) Ii any person contravenes the provisions of penalties.

section 3 or section 22, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.

(2) If any person fails to comply with a requisition made under section 24, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to oue hundred rupees.

(3) If any person contravenes the provisions of, section 26, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one hundred ruPee,

(4) If a n.‘ perion contravenes Ihe provisions of section 27, he shall 1-14. ponishable with fin,- which may extend to two hundred rupees
