The West Bengal Mining Settlements ( Health And Welfare ) Act, 1964State Act of West Bengal · Act 25 of 1964

(1) This Act may be called the West Bengal Mining Settlements (Health and Welfare) Act, 1964.

(2) It extends to the whole of West Bengal.

(3) This section shall come into force at once ; the remaining sections shall come into force on such date or dates as the State Government may, by notification, appoint and, for this purpose, different dates may be appointed for different sections of this Act or for different areas to he specified in the notification.
