Thenon-Government members may. be nominated for a period offiveyeaisand: their term will automatically expire on completion offive years. l-1owever. there is no bar to re-noiinate any.orallmembers forafurtherterm or more.

TheBoarday bedissolved in accordancewith theprovisions undersection24 and27.,of.theWestBengalSocieties RegistrationAct._1961. In the event ofdissolution after satisfaction ofall liabilities,al±the assets includingmoveable and unmovable properties whatsoever that remain, shall vest in State government who shall decide the future usage ofthem.
