(14 The Provincial Government may, for the purpose of advising it on all matters of policy connected with the constitution and administration of the Force, constitute a Provincial Advisory Committee, District Advisory Committee and Unit Advisory Committee.

(2) The Committees shall be constituted in such manner and shall perform such functions as may be prescribed.
