Section 12

The Niramoy Group Of Institutions Acquisition Act, 1982State Act of West Bengal · Act 16 of 1982

(1) The State Government may, by notification, make rules for Power to carrying out the purposes of this Act. make rules.

(2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the matters which may be, or are required to be, prescribed or made by rules.
