Section 213

(1) The State Government may, notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (3) of section 12, sub-section (3) of section 98 and sub-section (3) of section 143, by an order in writing, remove with effect from a date to be specified in the order any Pradhan or Upa- Pradhan, any Sabhapati or Sahakari Sabhapati or any Sabhadhipati or Sahakari Sabhadhipati from his office if, in its opinion, he wilfully omits or refuses to carry out the provisions of this Act or of any rules or orders made thereunder or abuses the powers vested in him under this Act.

(2) The State Government shall, before making any order under subsection (1), give to the person concerned an opportunity of making a representation against the proposed woe'.
