Section 63: Remuneration and commission of the Collecting Sarkar

The West Bengal Panchayat (Gram Panchayat Administration) Rules, 2004State Rules of West Bengal · 1973

The Collecting Sarkar of the Gram Panchayat shall be entitled to a fix monthly remuneration as may be decided by the State Government from time to time. The allowance shall be paid by the Gram Panchayat out of its own fund and equivalent amount shall be paid to the Gram Panchayat fund as grants-in-aid out ofthe State Budget.
