If, within one hour from the time appointed for holding n meetinig of a GramPanchayat, quorum is not formed, the meeting shall be adjourned and may be held on another date to be fixed by thePradhan or the Upa-Pradhan. Themembers shall be informed of the date, place and timeof the adjourned meeting by a fresh seven days' notice in Form 3. No quorum shall be necessary for such adjourned meeting. No business other than that included in the list of business for transaction at the original meeting shall be brought before or transacted at an adjourned meeiing.
