(1) If any situation arises when the Panchayat Samiti receives any special allotment of fund, the estimates of which have not been included either in the budget or in the supplementary and revised budget estimates, the Artha, Sanstha, Unnayan O Parikalpana Sthayee Samiti shall, in a meeting, provide for such special allotment in the supplementary and revised budget estimates and, on such provision being made, the supplementary and revised budget estimates shall stand accordingly modified. The estimates so modified shall be laid in the next meeting of the Panchayat Samiti for ratification:
Provided that such meeting of the said Sthayee Samiti ot of the Panchayat Samiti may be convened as an emergent meeting, if the situation so warrants.
(2) Acopy of the supplementary and revised budget estimates so modified shall be hung up in the notice board of the Panchayat Samiti and another copy shall be forwarded to the Zilla Parishad, the District Magistrate and the Sub- Divisional Officer having jurisdiction and also to the Treasury where the Panchayar Samiti fund is lodged.
