The West Bengal Protection Of Interest Of Depositors In Financial Establishments Act, 2013State Act of West Bengal · Act 29 of 2013

(1) Any person including the Competent Authority, if aggrieved by the order of the Designated Court, in connection with or in relation to the attachment, may appeal to the High Court within sixty days from the date of the final order.

(2) Any person convicted on a trial held by the Designated Court may appeal to the High Court, at Calcutta.
