The Rabindra Cultural Institutions ( Taking Over Of Management ) Act, 1980State Act of West Bengal · Act 53 of 1980

(1) If any person contravenes the provisions of this Act he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.

(2) No Court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act except with the previous sanction of the Government.
