Section 16

The Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya Act, 2001State Act of West Bengal · Act 11 of 2001

(1) No member of the Governing Body shall vote on any matter in which he has any personal or technical interest.

(2) The Chairman, or the Director, presiding at the meeting of the Vidyalaya shall decide any question arising under sub-section (1), and his decision thereon shall be final.
