The Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya Act, 2001State Act of West Bengal · Act 11 of 2001

(1) The Chairman shall place at the first annual meeting of the Annual Governing Body in the year following the year in which it is constituted Report.

and at every annual meeting thereafter a report on the working of the Vidyalaya during the last preceding financial year.

(2) The report shall be forwarded to the State Government within one month of its presentation at the annual meeting of the Governing Body with such comments thereon as the Governing Body may think fit to make.
