The Raw Jute ( Central Jute Board And Miscellaneous Provisions ) Act, 1951State Act of West Bengal · Act 6 of 1951

(1) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government for anything which is. in good faith done, or intended to be done, under this Act or any rules made thereunder.

(2) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done, or intended to be done, under this Act or any rules made thereunder.
