The Rehabilitation Of Displaced Persons And Eviction Of Persons In Unauthorised Occupation Of Land Act, 1951State Act of West Bengal · Act 16 of 1951

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended -to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.

(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
