Section 11

The West Bengal Relief Of Rural Indebtedness Act, 1975State Act of West Bengal · Act 46 of 1975

(1) The State Government may authorise the Collector to transfer from one authority to another, for disposal, an application made under section 4.

(2) An authority to which an application is transferred under sub-section (1) may continue the proceeding in connection with the application from the stage which has been reached when the application is transferred.
