The West Bengal Restoration Of Alienated Land Act, 1973State Act of West Bengal · Act 23 of 1973

(1) The State Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act.

(2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:—

(i) any matter which is required to be prescribed under this Act;

(ii) the levy of any fees.
