The West Bengal Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes And Other Backward Classes Development And Finance Corporation Act, 2017State Act of West Bengal · Act 30 of 2017

(1) The Corporation shall pay dividends on shares at such rate as may from time to time be fixed by the State Government, subject to any general limitations which may be imposed by the State Government, and the payment of such dividend shall be deemed to be a part of the expenditure of the Corporation.

(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), the State Government shall not provide any money for the purpose of payment of dividend by the Corporation.
