Section 31

The West Bengal Secondary Education Act, 1950State Act of West Bengal · Act 37 of 1950

(1) The Board may constitute such other Committees as it thinks fit subject to the approval of the State Government, and such Committees may be wholly or in part composed of members of the Board.

(2) With the approval of the State Government the Board may delegate to any such other Committee any powers conferred upon the Board by or under this Act, and may in like manner withdraw any such delegation.
