Section 51

The West Bengal Secondary Education Act, 1950State Act of West Bengal · Act 37 of 1950

(1) Any person from whom an auditor has certified any sum to be V due under section 49 and any person whose objection under section 50 has been overruled by an auditor may, within one month from the date of the order complained of, appeal therefrom to the State Government.

(2) The State Government shall make on such appeal such order as it thinks fit, which shall be final:

Provided that the State Government may at any time direct that any sum certified under section 49 shall not be realized, and such direction shall be final.
