The West Bengal Security Act, 1948State Act of West Bengal · Act 3 of 1948

(1) Subject to the prov1sons of section 491 3¢ the Code of Criminal P1·ocedure, 1898, no order made in exercise of any power conferred by or under this Act, shall be called in question in any· Court.

(2) Where an order purports to have been made and signed by any authority in exercise of any power conferred by or under this Act, a Court shall, within the meaning of .

the Indian Evidence Aet, 1872, presume that such· order r of 1872was so made by that authority. · Power to give effect to orders, ate.
