(2) Thc Scssions Judge may atso, when he himself is unavoidably absenl or incapable of acting, make provisions for [he disposal of any urgent application by an Addirional or Assistant Sessions Judge or, i f there be no Addirional or Assisranr Sessions Judge, by the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, and any such Judge or Magistrate shall have jurisdiction to deal with any such application.
