Section 16: The following shall be the authorities of the University

The Sidho-kanho-birsha University Act, 2010State Act of West Bengal · Act 12 of 2010

(1) the Court;

(2) the Executive Council;

(3) the Faculty Councils for Post-graduate Studies;

(4) the Councils for Undergraduate Studies;

(5) the Boards of Studies;

(6) the Finance Committee;

(7) such other authorities as may be established under the Statutes.
